Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before you pay. By enrolling in a webinar or course, you agree to it.

All fees are final. NIFDTB Academy has a strict no refund policy for all webinars, courses, kits and certificates.

Why we follow a no refund policy

Our courses give instant access to pre-recorded lessons, formulas and downloadable study material as soon as your payment is confirmed. Once this material has been shared, it cannot be returned. For this reason we are not able to offer refunds. In return, we give every student lifetime access, so you can complete the course at your own pace, at any time.

Cancellation

Once a payment is completed and access is given, the enrolment cannot be cancelled.
Webinar fees cannot be cancelled after registration.
Unused access, a late start or not completing the course does not make the fee refundable.

Payment problems

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive course access, please contact us with your payment details through the Contact Us page. We will check with our payment partner and give you access once the payment is confirmed.
