Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, joins our webinars or enrols in a course offered by NIFDTB Academy, including the Institute of Cosmetic Science and the International Institute of Perfumery. By paying for a webinar or course, you agree to these terms.

1. Our courses

Our diploma courses are pre-recorded and delivered online on our e-learning platform and app. After your payment is confirmed, you receive login access to the course. Course content, lesson order and the platform may be updated from time to time to improve the course.

2. Access

  • Course access is personal to the student who enrolled.
  • You must not share your login, or download, record, copy, resell or publish our videos, formulas or study material.
  • If we find a login is shared or content is copied, we may suspend access without notice.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are shown on our course pages and on the Pricing page. Payments are made only through our official payment page. Webinar special prices are valid only for the period announced.

4. Training kits

Where a course includes a training kit, such as the perfumery kit, it is provided free with the course and is sent to the address you give us, on the 10th day after you join. Please give a complete and correct address and phone number. Delivery is handled by the courier company. If a parcel is returned to us, we resend it through another courier partner.

5. Certificates

A diploma e-certificate is issued free after you complete the course. A printed hard copy with a memento is available for ₹300 towards printing, packing and shipping.

6. Results

We teach tested formulations and the method to make products and build a brand. What you earn from your own business depends on your own effort, market and decisions. We do not promise any income or business result.

7. Safety

Follow the safety guidance given in the lessons when you handle raw materials. You are responsible for following the laws, licences and labelling rules that apply to any products you make and sell.

8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Intellectual property

All lessons, videos, formulas, text, images and logos on this website and in our courses belong to NIFDTB Academy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Hosur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
